The Winds of Change
There is a lot of change happening in my life right now. I'll be leaving for Kenya soon, within the next week I'll get a letter from Moody, and today I get my haircut-- a lot. When I returned from Kenya last July, people noticed that I had changed. I had darker skin, still short hair, many new experiences and I talked different for a while (in Kenya, we learned to speak a little slower and clearer. It helps the Kenyans keep up with the little English they might know, and it helps the translators as well).
But the biggest change was much harder to detect; the change that occurred in my heart and my head. My passion and my worldview.
It's almost time to go.
On another note, I am very happy to let you all know that I have met and exceeded my goal of $3,600 and the extra money has gone to Eric's ministry. If you are reading this and you have wanted to give but didn't know how, feel free to e-mail Eric and ask him how you can support his ministry. You can learn more about his ministry and find his e-mail adress by following the links I have on the sidebar.
